Practice Intentional
𓂀 If you’re like me, you know you don’t have time to waste. Every moment on the mat is an opportunity to grow, to reconnect, and to transform. But in order to truly benefit, you need to be intentional with how you spend that time. Whether you’re practicing alone or with others, who you choose to spend that time with, and the energies you engage with, can make all the difference. In my 20 years of yoga practice and 10 years of teaching, I’ve seen how quickly growth happens when the environment is right – when it’s aligned with your needs and purpose.
Practicing with intention means choosing the right teachers, spaces, and energy that support your growth rather than drain you. Sometimes, studio environments or group settings can bring more distractions than breakthroughs. So, ask yourself – are you spending your time wisely? Are you being intentional with the energies you allow into your practice and life?
