Don't Feed Your Fears

š–£ š–£ š–£  Donā€™t feed your fears.

Fear is a powerful weapon - it keeps us reactive and clouded. With all thatā€™s happening in the world itā€™s easy to feel overwhelmed. But staying stuck in fear only feeds the very systems we want to change. To show up fully and take meaningful action, we must first stabilize and balance ourselves.

Movement is one of the fastest ways to shift your emotional state. Iā€™ve noticed the same thing with my little one. When anger or frustration takes over, moving his body - whether itā€™s shaking it out or dancing it off - helps him shift the energy. The stronger the emotion, the more the shaking šŸ˜ Movement really helps release whatā€™s building up.

In the world right now, weā€™re facing a lot of challenges. The chaos and injustice are real, and itā€™s easy to feel overwhelmed. But we canā€™t show up fully to create change if weā€™re not grounded ourselves. We have to be stable and balanced within our own bodies, minds, and spirits in order to act from a place of clarity, compassion, and knowing. The best thing you can do right now is to keep yourself in a healthy, balanced state - physically, mentally, emotionally. By doing so, youā€™re better equipped to face whatā€™s happening in the world and contribute meaningfully to the changes we all need.

So, next time youā€™re feeling overwhelmed or stuck in a strong emotion, try moving your body. Shake it out, dance it off, stretch, or take a walk outside. Get into your body and see how quickly your energy can shift. š–£ š–£ š–£
