We are Asleep

𖥸𖥸𖥸 Most of us don’t use our bodies or minds the way they’re meant to. We forget to breathe deeply, move with intention, and quiet the constant chatter in our heads. In doing so, we miss out on our full potential. Many of us are asleep to the power we carry inside.

… your breath is your anchor, your body is your guide, and your mind can be your greatest ally. When you start to breathe fully, move with purpose, and calm your thoughts, everything changes. Life feels clearer, richer, juicier, and more alive. And when you practice regularly, these moments of peace, strength, and clarity start to ripple into every part of your life.

In 2025, I’m inviting you to join me in exploring the art of Kemetic yoga alignment and technique. We’ll start with building a strong foundation, focusing on strength, flexibility, and balance. From there, we’ll tap into the wisdom of the body to guide us, using what we’ve experienced to find our own rhythm and flow. This is the essence of what I call WATA Movement - moving freely, uniquely, and in harmony with yourself.
